Gmail Print All Pro is here to help you quickly export messages right to a Google Doc that you can print, save as a pdf, share with others, or store in a way that works for you. Built to be simple to use, all you do is add messages to a Gmail label and run Print All from your Chrome Web Apps screen. This will create a Document in Google Drive containing the content from your messages and you can even choose to have the attachments saved in the same folder.
Each conversation thread gets a page of its own with the subject at the top, the number of messages in the thread and messages organized by the date.

Google Chrome supports several print options including paper printing and Windows' built-in options Microsoft XPS Document Writer and Fax capabilities. For business uses, the popular Adobe PDF format also comes as a standard option when printing. Google features a streamlined look that removes most of the menus and buttons that you may be familiar with. This design may be initially confusing when finding the right place to select your printer or other settings.
1.Select the document or webpage you would like to print. Documents in PDF format that open in Chrome can be printed in the same fashion as a webpage.
2.Click on the 'Wrench' icon and select 'Print, ' or just use the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl' + 'P.'
3.Select the options for the print job in the sidebar. Options include the destination (printer list), pages to print, copies, layout, color, margins and whether or not to print the headers and footers.
4.Click on 'Print using system dialog...' to access your own printer's options, such as double-sided printing, collating and others.
5.Click 'Print' when finished or 'Cancel' to return to the website or document.
